Beaufort London is a new niche house under the artistic supervision of Leo Crabtree, writer and musician, former live member of Prodigy. The unique aspect of the three perfumes I am reviewing -1805 Tonnere, Vi et Armis and Coeur de Noir- is that they draw their inspiration from British naval history, with all good and bad that came with it. And of course they use smoke as a perfume ingredient, not just as a figurative note.
